CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) - For the first time in Big South Conference history, the League will have live television coverage of its women's soccer, men's soccer and volleyball championship matches this season, as ESPN3 will carry the title matches for all three sports to a national audience.
The Big South women's soccer championship game will air on Sunday, Nov. 4 from Winthrop University's Eagle Field beginning at 2:00pm. On Sunday, Nov. 11, ESPN3 will carry the Big South men's soccer championship live at 2:00pm from Bryan Park in Greensboro, N.C. The final live telecast will be the Big South volleyball championship on Sunday, Nov. 18 at 2:00pm from Paul Porter Arena on the campus of Gardner-Webb University. Matt Hogue (play-by-play) and Evan Lepler (analyst) will call the action of all three championship matches, with the respective winners receiving the Big South's automatic bids to the NCAA Championships.
