CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) - Presbyterian College senior Micah Dowling (Orlando, Fla.) has been selected as the Choice Hotels Big South Women's Golfer of the Week for events played Sept. 13-19, it was announced today by the Conference office.

Dowling finished sixth at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate (par 72, 5,932 yards) with a 1-under 143 (71-72) to become the first women's golfer in PC history to finish a tournament under par.  She broke the school record for 36 holes by two strokes and posted her third career Top 10 finish -- her first since her freshman year.
