Big South Announces Women's Golfer of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) - Campbell junior Kaylin Yost (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) has been selected as the Choice Hotels Big South Women's Golfer of the Week for events played Oct. 18-24, it was announced today by the Conference office.

Yost won her second collegiate event as she claimed medalist honors at the Fighting Camel Fall Classic (par 72, 6,026 yards).  She tallied a 1-over 217 (73-69-75) to win the event by three strokes.  Yost had nine birdies and 36 pars, and was the lone golfer with a round in the 60s.  She set the tournament 36-hole record of 142 after her six-birdie second round, and her play helped the Camels win the team title.
